The Youth Lead the Charge Fellowship is a paid, part-time opportunity for young leaders to engage in hands-on civic engagement and advocacy work. Fellows play a critical role in advancing the mission of the California Center for Civic Participation (CalCenter): activating, educating, and mobilizing youth to shape their own futures. Through this fellowship, you will contribute to youth-led change while building your skills in community organizing, political education, and coalition building.

Who can apply? Current high school or college students, or a recent graduate. No formal experience required! We value lived experience, curiosity, and leadership potential.
