Make Your Voice Heard!

Create an original art piece (video, digital graphic, or other visual work) that is representative of the importance of young people using their voice in the political process and/or asserting their right to exist and be heard.

Anyone between the ages of 13-26 living in California is eligible.

Content Guidelines

Video

No longer than 90 seconds in length, 16:9 or 9:16 dimensions.

Miscellaneous

Any other created form of art including but not limited to: painting, collage, sculpture is eligible but will have to be submitted as a photo of the piece with a description no longer than a paragraph.

Graphic

PNG format, high resolution, any dimensions okay.

Creative Boundaries

Artwork must be appropriate for all audiences. Submissions may not include profanity, nudity, violence, or any offensive, discriminatory, hate speech, or inappropriate content. Any submissions containing this will be immediately disqualified.

Short Form Writing

Poem, manifesto, argument, song, or any other piece of writing acceptable but limited to 350 words.

Please only submit artwork that is relevant to the prompt. We want to see your creativity shine, but judges will only consider artwork that responds to the prompt.
