Political Discovery | Women in Politics

Capitol Focus is our flagship Civic Education Program that brings the issues, institutions and processes of state government alive for high school aged youth from communities statewide. Participants learn about current issues and how government works in a fun, upbeat, and unbiased way. This occurs during three-day long general programs held twice a year. These programs enjoy strong bi-partisan support from top elected officials. One hundred associations and corporations provide contributions ranging from $175-$25,000 directly to Capitol Focus, or through our annual fundraiser the California Roast.
